Thomas Cicotello

Thomas M. Cicotello is a Portfolio Manager in the real estate division and is responsible for developing and maintaining key strategic relationships with real estate owners, developers, brokers, government staff, civic leaders, and other partners, and for establishing a pipeline of acquisitions for the Boyd Watterson real estate programs. 

In January of 2018, Tom joined Boyd Watterson and led the opening of the company’s office in Washington, D.C. His role has since elevated to Head of the D.C. office, where he embodies and maintains Boyd Watterson culture and values. Most recently, he guided the opening of Boyd Watterson’s newest office in Denver, Colorado.

Prior to joining Boyd, Thomas was a Senior Asset Manager and Director of Commercial Leasing for the privately held Clark Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) of Bethesda, Md., where he was responsible for the oversight of management, leasing, and capital improvement activities associated with CEI’s commercial and hospitality portfolio.
