As a Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) Specialist, Michael G. O’Brien is responsible for ensuring these inquiries from existing and potential clients receive well-crafted, comprehensive, and accurate responses. He works closely with the Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams to understand the firm’s products, services, and processes, and communicate those items externally.
Mike was hired in this role in November of 2023 after serving as an intern within the Sales division of the Marketing and Distribution department. During his time as an intern, he collaborated with a team to establish and implement a due diligence process for the firm’s Real Estate funds – a process he continues to streamline in his current position in order to improve the flow of internal information.
