Kelly leads Boyd Watterson’s Human Resources team with a focus on cultivating a strong, people-first culture. She oversees all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, organizational planning, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits strategy. As a strategic member of the executive team, Kelly plays a key role in aligning HR initiatives with the company’s strategic long-term goals, helping to attract top talent and ensuring a positive, high-performing workplace.

Since joining Boyd Watterson in 2021, Kelly has brought over 18 years of combined HR and legal experience to the role. Prior to her time here, she spent eight years at a multi-state custom home builder, advancing to HR Director. Earlier in her career, she worked as an OSBA Certified Employment Law Paralegal for nearly a decade, giving her a solid foundation in employment law and compliance.
