Haosai Wang serves as a Senior Research Analyst providing research and analytical support for the real estate line of business. He assists in sourcing properties by reviewing industry reports for new deals and analyzing development/ redevelopment opportunities for tenants searching for space in the market. Haosai builds relationships in targeted markets with brokers, economic developers, and government officials in order to have a better understanding of local real estate fundamentals.
Prior to joining Boyd Watterson in January of 2022, Haosai was a Leasing and Development Analyst at Rader Hill Advisors and an Investment Analyst at Woodside Health.
