Haosai Wang serves as a Senior Research Analyst providing research and analytical support for the real estate line of business, with a specific focus on Boyd Watterson’s first open-end real estate REIT. He assists in sourcing properties by reviewing industry reports for new deals and analyzing development/ redevelopment opportunities for tenants searching for space in the market. Haosai builds relationships in targeted markets with research experts, real estate brokers, economic developers, and government officials in order to have a better understanding of local real estate fundamentals.
Prior to joining Boyd Watterson in January of 2022, Haosai was a Leasing and Development Analyst at Rader Hill and an Investment Analyst at Woodside Health.
