Frank Coppola oversees a regional team of asset managers, providing strategic guidance and hands-on direction to drive portfolio performance. Working closely with the team, he focuses on lease execution, tenant retention, asset preservation, operational and financial oversight, valuations, and dispositions to maximize NOI and mitigate risk in pursuit of fund objectives.
Before joining Boyd Watterson in June 2019, Frank held roles overseeing the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
