Christopher G. Ried, CPA, oversees the accounting and finance functions for the company’s real estate products. He oversees the accurate and timely completion of related financial reports and valuations, manages external vendors that provide accounting, fund administration and valuation services, and assists the real estate team with preparing meaningful financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to enhance investor returns. In addition to his role on the real estate team, Chris is also responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance functions for the company’s US operations and global corporate oversight over the consolidated company’s financial results and forecasts.
Prior to joining Boyd Watterson in October 2021, Chris served as a senior manager at RSM where he worked on financial statement audits of real estate companies, including property joint ventures, private equity funds, and separate accounts.
