Brian R. Orr is a Portfolio Manager for GSA/federal leased properties and is responsible for deeply understanding all aspects of those assets. He has a thorough understanding of asset and portfolio risks and works with the portfolio team to develop appropriate mitigation strategies to actively identify opportunities for improving portfolio performance. He is further responsible for communicating his expertise internally to assist in the strategic management of the real estate programs, and externally to provide transparency to investors. Further, Brian is responsible for maintaining relationships with developers, owners, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
Brian came to Boyd Watterson in July of 2014 from Ernst & Young, LLP where he managed a team on various investment consulting, valuation, and capital markets engagements for the Transaction Real Estate Advisory Services group. While at Boyd, Brian has remained focused on driving the total return for the company’s GSA focused open-end real estate fund.
