Brant T. Goodrich is a Portfolio Strategist focused on providing innovative solutions for optimizing Boyd Watterson’s alternative investment portfolios through analysis, portfolio modeling, deal structuring, sector and market allocations, and process improvements. Brant’s experience in analytics helps him to identify effective improvements to new and existing portfolios.
Brant joined Boyd Watterson in 2019 supporting the Real Estate Asset Management department where he eventually oversaw a portfolio of state and federal leased properties in southern Texas. He moved to the Real Estate Acquisitions department in 2022 where he assisted with sourcing, underwriting, and closing real estate assets anchored by various quasi-government tenants, and to a lesser extent, federal, state, and local government agencies. He created various models for robust deal and portfolio analysis by integrating traditional financial underwriting with Boyd’s suite of quantitative and fundamental research tools. These models helped drive fund and deal structuring and portfolio positioning. Prior to joining Boyd Watterson, he served as a Senior Performance Analyst and a member of the Impact Investing Committee at Marquette Associates.
