Anthony J. Krakowiak provides data-driven analysis and leading initiatives that support a private open-end real estate fund. Anthony assists sourcing new opportunities through state and local request for proposals. Moreover, he leads the preparation of deal reports with a focus on state entities, conducts deep dives into specific verticals, and performs a quarterly portfolio analysis on the fund. Lastly, he manages several aspects of our database, such as quarterly net effective rent calculations, renewal rate tracking, and freedom of information requests on state and local government data.
