Our Treasurer of Real Estate is looking to hire a full-time Senior Analyst for our headquarters located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. This employee will report to the Treasurer in the Cleveland office. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Treasurer with all real estate financing-related activities that are required.

We deliver investment solutions tailored to meet the needs of Taft-Hartley funds, foundations and endowments, religious organizations, public entities, corporations, insurance companies, and advisory channel clients.
Our fixed income investment strategies range from short-term to liability-driven investing and high-quality to high yield. Our real estate strategies are derived from our specialized capabilities in acquiring and managing real estate leased to the US General Services Administration (GSA), which houses key federal agencies nationwide. Our equity capabilities are focused on domestic and dollar-denominated international large-capitalization, income-oriented strategies. We offer separately managed accounts, mutual funds, sub-advisory services, and bespoke solutions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists Treasurer with all real estate financing-related activities, such as: secured loans, unsecured loans/credit lines, and derivatives. Plays key role in sourcing and closing of each transaction.
Develops and maintains financial models to identify the timing of cash flows from leases and match the financing accordingly.
Completes all required compliance testing for rating agencies and lending groups.
Assists asset management team with construction loan draw process.
Works with controller to manage cash position of various funds.
Acts as a liaison between Finance and Acquisition teams on real estate modeling activities.
Sits on Macro Committee to influence our view on rates. Utilizes material as a tool in the overall financing strategy.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
At least 4 years of experience in banking relationships, lending, and/or asset/liability management
Experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage several projects at once
