The Opportunity
Our Administrative team is looking to hire a full-time Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant for our headquarters located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. This employee will report to the Chief Financial Officer in the Cleveland office. They will perform a variety of administrative tasks including greeting guests both in-person and over the telephone, client service and general office maintenance. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and screen calls. Direct calls to the appropriate person or department
Welcome, announce and direct guests
Receive couriers and deliveries
Support coworkers with general administrative tasks
Maintain office calendars coordinate conference room schedule and meetings
Maintain sufficient office and kitchen supplies; ordering and managing inventory
General office maintenance including keeping reception area and conference rooms neat and tidy
Maintain office machines
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum 3 years clerical or administrative work experience (preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software
Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
Ability to maintain a prompt and reliable work schedule
Ability to work well with all levels of internal staff as well as outside clients, consultants, etc.
