Timothy D. Walsh is a Portfolio Manager within Boyd’s real estate division and is based out of the Connecticut office. He is responsible for managing, along with the co-PM, the quasi-government focused REIT. He works to develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain the REIT, while also optimizing returns within the established guidelines. Tim also works on special initiatives across the real estate division.
Prior to joining Boyd Watterson in July of 2023, Tim dedicated nearly 17 years of his career to UBS Asset Management in such roles as Managing Director, member of the Investment and Management Committees, and most recently as the Senior Portfolio Manager for the firm’s open-end, core-plus fund. He also spent a decade in acquisitions, closing more than $2.5 billion in fee simple, joint venture, and participating mortgage transactions across all major Northeast and Southeast markets.
