Sarah I. Gable, Human Resource Administrator, is responsible for providing administrative support to human resource functions including planning, position design, recruitment and selection, orientation, training and development, performance review, and compensation and benefits.
Sarah joined Boyd Watterson in October of 2018 as a Receptionist before taking on additional responsibilities and transitioning to an Administrative Assistant position. She moved to her current role in April of 2021 where she works closely with the HR Director on company policies regarding workplace safety and culture.
