Noah Kaim

As an Associate General Counsel, Compliance Officer, Noah T. Kaim advises on legal matters associated with Boyd Watterson’s operations, primarily regarding legislation impacting the industry, asset management, insurance, and human resources. For the company’s real estate products, Noah provides guidance regarding investor subscription documents and coordinates with outside legal counsel on various matters. Noah also has a role in establishing, updating, and implementing compliance policies and reviews and approves Boyd Watterson marketing materials prior to their release.

Noah served as a Law Clerk at Huffman, Hunt & Klym, LLC, as well as Perantinides & Nolan, Co. L.P.A. prior to becoming a part of the Boyd Watterson team in August 2019.
