Nicholas M. Nigro is Head of Acquisitions for Boyd Watterson’s first open-end real estate REIT. His focus is on the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of real estate assets across the country which are anchored by various quasi-government tenants, and to a lesser extent, federal, state, and local government agencies. Nicholas has an attention to detail fine-tuned throughout more than a decade of institutional real estate experience that is invaluable to the due diligence process.
He joined the firm in February of 2021 after serving as a Director at Bridge Investment Group where he oversaw Midwest regional acquisitions and the asset management of a 2.3 million square foot value-add office portfolio. Nicholas also worked at Argentic Investment Management, a New York-based affiliate of Elliott Capital Management, where he managed the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of debt investments across asset classes.
