Michael K. Masteller, CPA, is an Accounting Manager within the Real Estate division responsible for providing support for the finance and accounting functions of the company’s real estate funds. He works directly with third-party accounting firms and the Fund Administrator in the preparation of financial statements and information, while also managing cash flow from investors and lenders for use in acquisitions, distributions of excess cash to investors, or pre-acquisition or entity disbursements. Additionally, in collaboration with the Real Estate Accounting team, Mike assists with process improvements and the streamlining of projects.
Prior to joining Boyd Watterson in July of 2023, Mike was a Manager with The Siegfried Group, providing interim financial assistance primarily to Fortune 1000 companies during critical times of need. He also served as a Manager with RSM.
