Evan M. Yerega oversees the strategy and execution of all financing activities for Boyd Watterson’s real estate funds and programs as Treasurer. His responsibilities include managing all banking and lender relationships and directing all hedging activities, as well as sourcing and negotiating all secured and unsecured credit lines. Additionally, he chairs the Real Estate Financing Advisory Group.
Evan started with Boyd Waterson in July of 2019 and has greatly expanded the ability of Boyd Watterson’s real estate funds and programs to obtain competitively priced financing. Previously, he was employed with KeyCorp for more than 10 years, holding various roles of increasing responsibility within the Finance, Treasury, Credit Risk, and Commercial Real Estate groups. Most recently, he worked in Key’s Income Property Group where he managed a portfolio of project loans across property types.
