Brad S. Johnson serves as an Asset Manager for the Real Estate team in the Denver, CO, office. He is responsible for strategically managing a portfolio of assets to ensure maximum performance. To that end, Brad seeks to provide the highest level of service while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and tenant representatives. He ensures the physical integrity of each asset is maintained and maximizes the potential for lease renewal, while negotiating new leases. Brad specializes in understanding the needs for a variety of government tenants.
Prior to starting at Boyd Watterson in January of 2022, Brad was an Asset Management Associate at EverWest Real Estate Investors and also served as a Real Estate Analyst at Cadence Capital Partners.
