Al Iudicello is a Strategic Advisor to the real estate team focused on establishing acquisition strategy, particularly in the GSA National Capital Region (“NCR”). He is a consultant to the Acquisitions team and is responsible for leveraging his extensive expertise to advise on acquisitions and lease renewal negotiations in accordance with investment strategy and policy guidelines. Al maintains relationships with industry experts, including relevant government officials, developers, and owners.
Al joined Boyd Watterson in January of 2017 after serving as CEO of NGP I-V. He has led an emphasis on the NCR, which has resulted in a major presence for Boyd Watterson. Additionally, Al participates in a variety of product development initiatives, one of which was Boyd Watterson’s second private open-end real estate fund, launched in 2018.
